I have also reached the 6 month mark and I am only seeing slight improvement n my condition, Glad to hear that you have no organ damage. I have been diagnosed with lung clotting. the fatigue is severe and debilitating as is the breathing issues. Have you been given a diagnosis of long covid? Non of the medical professionals that I have been to seem to want to use the term.

Pacing not doing to much of same thing day to day light exercise little walks but it’s slow process the good thing no damage to the body or organs just the fatigue fog and still coughing have Thai herb to relieve cough the norm by doctors is exercise physiology and Psychology but my research steers towards POTS or Chronic Fatigue syndrome it’s 50 /50 it better in time or you have learn to live it sort lottery at the moment
